Goodbye?(for now)

Well,I’ll be heading back to my old blog for good,now that I’m officially off my diet(forever I hope).Im going to try doing away with calorie counting next week,except for the occasional check of calories or during the weekend where my consumption will be higher,or if I eat out.Because if I carry on like this,ie 300 cals or less for breakfast,fruit and maybe an occasional boiled egg for lunch,and a heavy dinner,I would be able to be under the calorie limit.And oh yes,no snacking anywhere or anytime else.And I will be able to retain my marvellous below 39kg weight.Its such a pretty number isn’t it?39kg?Well,I have to say,it’s been a lovely time knowing all of you,and I wish you all the best in your endeavours.

*on a side note,I really really really really really hope I dont gain any weight.I have not actually stopped worrying about this.Probably never will :/

I honestly need to start eating more

I’ve actually reached my goal weight already,and I know I should stop.I should start eating more,but now I’ve really made a habit of eating less and being careful with my calories.Like today,there was tonkatsu for dinner and I only took like 5 strips because I know I would feel guilty if I took any more.I would,and that feeling is terrible.It won’t matter if it’s like a pile of blueberries or something healthy like that,I’ll just honestly feel terrible.Its more psychological nowadays.Well,I just hope I can eat more and still maintain this weight

Whats your secret to losing weight? (: seems like you slim down quickly!

I’ve been on quite a low calorie diet(800-900 cals)and exercising at least 5 times a week,for at least half an hour each time.I try to eat carbs like bread,pasta etc for only two meals a week :)
